I've made this pizza 4x now, I think making the oil. 5 olive and. 5 veggie makes a better flavor. Also add in cooked ham, some pep, and grilled pineapple on top to make a kickass Hawaiian.

Just made this, and the recipe is fine, but making the dough consistent took way more Flour than indicated. Other than that, tasted like deep dish I have bought before.

Substitute the sugar in the pizza sauce for molasses and you get a MUCH better sauce. Works for all tomato sauces and gives them an amazing richness and depth.
