Love it thank u. just a suggestion though, i bought the vanilla and chocolate cupcake kit the other day and when they arrived my 2 youngest sons (12 and 9) went and made the vanilla cupcakes. On the list of what u need, they added all the butter to the cupcakes instead of splitting it between cupcakes and icing as they didnt read through it properly. Perhaps on your instructions you could specify that for the younger bakers? Not a complaint at all, just a suggestion. Thank u again. Susanne.

Hi Jemma, i have a question, what is the difference between this NYC choc chip cookie to your previous NYC walnut choc chip cookies? As i used the previous ingredients to make no nut NYC choc chip cookies. Other than the mix choc chips in this new recipe, i see that there's difference in the flour and quantity for some of the other ingredients. Especially is there a difference in the cookie texture? Hope to hear your reply soonLoveee all your baking recipesXxx

Hi Sally, i'm so craving one of these cookies right now. I made a batch of the birthday cookies that you and Dane did a few weeks ago, they were amazing. I shared them with my neighbors as i felt guilty keeping them all for myself. they loved them too. Great idea putting them into kit form, i recommend people buy these. they won't be disappointed. stay safe and well lovely

Hi, i have made these once and my cookieballs were long time in my freezer, frozen completely but they don't bake in the oven at all. I have tripled the cooking time and still. well they start to bake but stay almost like a ball shaped and just dry as they are in the oven. So, dry and crispy I usually always succeed in baking your recipes but not this time at all

Vegan version: use a good quality vegan butter (like alsan or flora plant) instead of butter. for the eggs: add ad extra teaspoon of baking powder, a teaspoon of psyllium husk and mix 20 grams of ground chia seeds (I like to grind them in my coffee grinder or spice grinder) with 100 ml liquid of choice (water is just fine but you can use a plant milk as well.

When I go onto the cupcake jemma website and click on baking kits the page comes up blank. Are you all sold out or is there something glitching on the website? I would love love love to buy some kits My birthday is coming soon and this would be a nice pick me up while quarantined for my birthday (:

I'm going to send a box to my friends both mum and dad are doctors working hard right now. I think this will be something easy and memory making for them both to do with their children even when they're tired. These boxes are great. I've bought the red velvet cupcakes and they turned out great.

Sally or Jemma do you have gluten free varieties of you cupcake and cookie kits? I want to send some to my Respiratory Therapist friend in the U. S, but she can't have gluten or wheat and she's vegan. If they're not available yet it might be something to think about for future kits. Thank you

Thankyou for a recipe for the cookies without the walnuts, I wasnt sure how to subsitute them. Also just wanted to tell you Sally that you are getting really good at presenting the videos (not that you weren't good) and think you are much more confident in front of camera so awesome job
