Hi, there Love this. Question: What size eggs do you use for your 2 egg whites? For example: If you're using size Large eggs in the UK, I know that this would weigh approx 80g for 2 egg whites. In the US, where I am, 2 Large egg whites weigh about 60g. I feel that the difference in egg sizes (Sm, Med, Lg, XL; and esp between UK & US sizing) could make for a more stiff or runny meringue, considering there is 2 Tbsps of water being added. The answer to this would be so helpful. :) Thank youAlso -- b/c I couldn't find the answer to this anywhere -- what is the most commonly used egg size in UK recipes? Medium? Large? (In the US, it's Large, btw. Thank you so much Loving your videos: D

For things that require heat such as the marshmallow. I have recent bought a new mixer which has a heated bowl so you can use the mixer while applying heat. I would definitely recommend it. The male is brabantia it is a very good brand. Makes lots of different household appliances. You can get it on amazon UK. I searched brabantia stand mixer. And it came up with the exact one I use. It will cost you 99 gbp it is totally worth the money. Especially if you like making suiss buttercream

My goodness Jemma, your recipes are always so sweet I even reduced the sugar and this was still too much. I couldn't tell if it was tasty or not as it was just like eating a bag of sugar was a nice and easy recipe to follow though and the marshmallow topping worked really well

Wow this looks so deliciousIs this marshmellow safe to eat if I don't blowtorch it or put it under the broiler? (I assume it is since it's whisked over a double boiler, but just checking. Thanks in advance

Can someone PLEASE tell me what size pan she used? I can't make this unless I know how big the pan size needs to be, so all of the measurements come out correctly. Thanks in advance
