Make my Apple & Cinnamon cakes - Make my Doughnuts - Safira del Oceano: I've made this recipe twice now and can attest that this is a great cinnamon roll recipe It's not too sweet and the dough is enriched so it's just like brioche-y, almost cakey (in a good way) deliciousness. Usually I end up reducing the sugar in most recipes but that was not needed in this recipe. I did make a few teeny weeny adjustments, not enough to compromise the actual recipe, but just a few tweaks. 1. replaced the glaze with cream cheese frosting. Because cream cheese frosting. That's, of course, personal preference and has little to do with the actual recipe. Half my family prefer these with the frosting, the other half prefer these rolls as is with no glaze of any kind whatsoever. 2. it's a very very sticky dough and I kneaded it by hand (slamming dough around on a granite countertop is intensely therapeutic, highly recommend) so I did knead in an extra bit of flour (I'd say maybe 1/4 cup? I went by feel more than anything) until the dough reached what I like to call that magical tipping point and just barely stopped sticking to the counter and my fingers. It was still a really soft, luscious dough that tried to ooze between my fingers. If anything, you should make it just to feel what it feels like after it's done its first rise. It's even better than memory foam, people. After nearly 8 eight years of various recipes, the results of which I invariably was unsatisfied with, I have finally, finally found a recipe I actively wanted to repeat. Hallelujah my search is over. fireworks

I made these 3 times and I absolutely love themFirst time the butter in the dough melted because I took too long spreading the filling so the rolls looked a bit sad but they still tasted greatSecond time I made sure my surface was cold and worked faster and they looked and tasted just perfect. only different thing I do is a cream cheese sauce instead of regular icing which takes these rolls onto a whole new levelThird time I used a 10g pack of instant yeast and I multiplied all the ingredients by 1. 5 and I still got 12 rolls but they were hugeee and an almost exact replica of CinabbonAgain cream cheese glazed with some hazelnuts and they are heavenlyThank you so much for the recipe, definitely a keeper

I am sorry to say that this recipe was the first of yours that really disappointed me. it is totally unclear how much flour is used for the dough. that means beginners will end up with very stiff doughs (in general they like to overadd flour) whereas more experienced bakers will get very soft doughs that is not suitable for spreading filling on it without tearing. instead of adding flour when kneading you should add all the needed flour at the beginning. kneading doesnt need any flour (imo)

8: 08 when you got a bit of time on your handsLets see. 15 minutes dough rise, 1 hour dough rise, 25 minutes bake time, estimated 30 minutes mixing, rolling, cutting and preperation time. 2 hours and 10 minutes: ) yes its not complicated but woah. Edit: no shade no drag just wanted to clear something up for myself

My daughter is in England (Nottingham) for her third year of Uni. She did a week's tour of London and stopped by your shop. She picked up a trio of little sweets for herself and an apron for me. I am going to try my hand at these cinnamon rolls when I feel better, they look tasty as hell. Hello from Canada

I love baking but have always been intimidated by working with dough and yeast. Just recently had a huge snowstorm in Minnesota and I made these and it was so easy and they turned out SO well. They are fluffy and sweet and they look amazing. I will absolutely be making these a lot in the future.

OMG I made cinnamon rolls/buns from this recipe and they were so tasty I've never eaten such fluffy and yummy cinnamon rolls. Also they were not too sweet. Mine took over 2 hours to rise before baking but it was worth the wait. Thank you so much for uploading this video

Hey Jemma, thank you for your great videos I've got one question: I didn't understand the temperature of the oven. Is ist 170 degrees fahreneit or celsius? And another question: Is it upper and lower heat or circulating heat? Maybe somebody else knows it too: )
