SUMMER STRAWBERRY CUPCAKES - Jill Pritchard: Hi Jemma, in the video you said to add 1Tbsp whole milk but in written directions it says only 1/2 Tbsp milk. I know its not a lot of difference but when talking of 63g flour and 63g sugar, I want to be exact on all ingredients. Dont mean to complain, and I am not, I cant wait to make this. Peaches are my favorite fruit and I can my own usually every other year as needed. They are delightful. Thanks for all your videos that you give us, I know I sure appreciate them

Hi Jemma If you (or anyone else who bakes a lot of cupcakes _) knows of a cupcake topping/cream that survives summer heat well for a couple of hours, would you kindly send me in theright direction? Pretty pleaseI plan on making a bunch of cupcakes for a summer event but I'm afraid of using milk products in the heat of the summer, when I'll not be able to cool them for a while until served. Any suggestions are welcomeThanks in advance

Hi Jemma, I have a question. I recently made your coffee caramel cupcakes (delicious btw, but I halved the recipe to make mini cupcakes. With this amount of batter I made 76 ) mini cupcakes. I dont understand why so many. Can you please please tell me the diameter of the mini cupcakes liners you use.

Peaches in the tin are delicious. Thanks for sharing with the tin peaches. Being from Trinidad & Tobago, you don't get fresh peaches. Mangoes, however are in season in my country right now so I guess that can work as well. But, I can't wait to try these peaches & cream delights. Happy Baking everyone.

Jemma, this recipe is DELICIOUS and so incredibly simple, i just made it last night i only got about 19 cupcakes out of the recipe instead of 24 so i'll probably just double it next time but i was more astonished at the amount of jam that ONE CAN of peaches could produce. thank you for this awesome video

I'm normally not a fan of food colouring but these just look too fabulous I'll make them adult-sized though, kind of reverting the purpose of this video; ) I'll try and make some natural colouring out of beetroot or red cabbage with acid and maybe carrot or turmeric. :)

Gemma This ratio of fat to flour makes mine too buttery. Also too sweet. I always worked on principle 1/2 fat to flour and 1/2 sugar to flour. Has anyone else had the same experience with them being either too buttery or too sweet or both?
