If you want ice cream RIGHT NOW, this is the recipe for you - from start to finish in under an hour as long as you have your trusty ice cream machine to hand. Not only is it really quick to make, this recipe also gives you an amazingly soft, super scoopable soft-serve texture that's absolutely to die for and it is DELICIOUS And best of all you can use this base to make other amazing soft-serve flavours If you don't have an ice cream machine you can still make this recipe, but it will take longer Recipe - For the raspberry goo - For the ice cream base - 185g double or whipping cream 130g liquid glucose 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 lg egg 70g caster sugar 300ml whole milk

Don't need to make icecream machine for icecream. 300 mls cream, whipped to peaks, 1 tin very cold condensed milk whipped in for 1 minute plus 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Fold in crushed oreos, or salted caramel, whatever takes your fancy Freeze overnight. My family love this icecream, and they are my best and worst critics

This looks great and it has got me wondering if you, and by 'you' I mean Jemma, could cupcake-ify favourite ice-cream flavours. My own choices would be rum & raisin, neopolitan, and mint-choc- chip. hey what about a banana split cupcakeEnjoy the summer, and thanks again

Love you Jemma But, can you please make a video about all the preocess (with the same ice cream base) for no-churn ice cream? THANKS (because all the videos say how to do it, but actually nobody show the final result)

Summer. A word which in British English means one single day of blistering heat that buckles the train tracks, followed by rain for the rest of the year. Good job ice cream is a banger for every season; )

Can't wait to try this. but since I don't have an icecream machine, I'm gonna use my hand blender. Trust this would be fine. but how many times do I need to whisk it in 20 mins intervals?

I know this isnt really related. But For your chocolate cupcake/cake recipes, do you use Dutch processed or natural cocoa powder? Unsweetened or regular? Thanks in advance

Hmm. Do you think this would work if I used flax milk and coconut cream instead of milk and heavy cream? Our kid is allergic to dairy but this would be amazing

I have used this base which works great. Just wondering if you knew what adjustments I would need to make for chocolate/coffee flavoured ice cream?
