He's so good he does so effortlessly. This is rich food deep fried and cooked in heavy sodium and sugar no wonder I love it. I'm a great chef of American and Chinese American but John is a master. Doesn't hurt to have All Proper tools. I'm rocking a small apt kitchen lol
