I tried this but everything burned after a few minutes in my wok and the broccoli was not ready at all. what did I do wrong? I did everything exacly the way you did and added the ingredients in the correct order. :(

Thank you. Hey did you know that all oil is bad for you? why not season them and flour them in seasoned four then bake them on a none stick ttr
. No oil necessary and safer to cook.
