Make seared chicken breast and Mango Salsa with this easy video recipe. Great for a quick weeknight meal! Dinner in under 10 minutes! captmack735: Salsa is the binding! There is so much that can be done with salsa. Awesome. I wouldn't recommend a whole show to salsa, but seriously, there are so many awesome combinations and different ways of making, serving, etc. Just saying. Got to give it that. respect is all. Peace!

Mangoes are one of the most delicious foods in the world, in my opinion. Your salsa reminds me of a fruit salad I make with mangoes, pomegranate seeds, orange slices and mint.
Ever had pickled mango? So good! I wonder if it'd be good in your salsa along with fresh mango.

This is a great variation, Hilah! I keep well stocked with boneless skinless chicken boobs and eat them often, but I tend to run out of ideas. Simple and quick, and a fresh twist on flavors with that salsa. YUM! Next chicken day I'm doing it this way.

That salad sounds delish! Mangoes are one of my favorite fruits and I love how they can go spicy or sweet.
I've had a type of pickled mango - the Indian pickles that are made with oil and fenugreek. Are those the ones you mean? I like those.

Heehee! Good! Yeah, that's what I thought. I'm sure restaurants want to be extra cautious, though, not to mention the fact that they have different -stations- for prepping so it makes sense that each station has its own knives. Love you dear!
reply

Oh no, I was just thinking plain pickled mangoes. I haven't had those Indian kind of pickles you're talking about. Maybe just a simple pickled green mango, kind of like pickled watermelon rind. I bet the Indian ones are good though!

Umm. yes you are? Cleaning it thoroughly removes any chance of cross-contamination. Do you expect people to own a knife for poulty, fruit, red meat, vegetables, and every other kind of thing you cut? That's silly.
reply

Well yeah of course the cutting boards, but I was also taught to use a specific knife only, when I worked at a restaurant. At home I don't though. Idk, could be just the restaurant's policy or whatever. :)

Oh no. Well, it's an anchor, but I drew it myself on a napkin in a bar and so, um. it doesn't really look like an anchor does it? ;) That's on my list of things to fix this year!
