cream cheese buttered on them with monteray jack, jalopenos, small sprinkling of finely chopped rotissiere chicken. I use a tblsp of olive oil in my heavy frying pan to make them nice and crispy on the outside. Or combination butter and olive oil which gives the tortilla a nice golden buttery taste and colour. Then I make up individual little ramekins of green tomatilla salsa and put them on individual serving plates to dip them in. Yummy.

I've made plenty cheese quesadillas and vegetable quesadillas. And today, I tried steak quesadilla. However, with meat I didn't like adding cheese. So I did 1/2 the recipe on meat and cheese. I like your quesadilla combinations. Are quesadillas even still popular. 5 years after this video. LOL. Good video. Have a good week: )
PS. If you still make quesadillas. go spanakopita on the quesadilla. So addictive. broccoli and cheese is good too.

So many nasty comments. Why? The girl done good. You can put whatever you want in your quesadilla and that was her choice. Tasty if you ask me. I only watched her vid as im planning on making them tonight. I love them but i do the full moon shape and get stressed at flipping them over. Never once thought about the half moon shape. I learned something because of this rather than saying -LAME-. Thanks Hilah

I love quesadillas! Recently, I misordered some groceries and I wound up with a bag of grilled chicken strips (frozen. I always have grated cheese and salsa, but I had to buy tortillas. Once I had those, I was all set to make chicken quesadillas like Taco Bell makes. Much cheaper too! We miss you these days, Hilah. I hope all is well with you. Take care!

I love quesadillas. I have big 12 inch skillet that I use mainly for quesadillas. I like mine with corn and black beans and cheese of course. And you can find packs of guacamole sauce at the store.
