This has nothing to do with thanksgiving.
But when I make spaghetti, there's always a shit ton left over. And I was just thinking maybe you can make a video on Frittata Di Pasta for those that have the same issue and don't wanna east spaghetti left overs the next day. lol it's pretty simple and fast and thought, hey Hilah should make this! lol c: just thought it'd be a good idea. Unless you already made a video on this. XD

I generally follow your format but include onions and the garlic cloves in the pan. Once the liquid is added I hit with an immersion blender to break up those roughly. A subset of gravy remains in the pan with a sh! t-ton of pepper added for reprobates like myself and the other pirates.
But I do this in October. Yo Canada.

Saw in the news ( here in Europe ) that in some regions there was 2 to 3 meters! of snow.

If you like a darker colored gravy, add a little coffee. When my mother told me this many years ago, I thought she was crazy. It adds color but no noticeable flavor
