I was actually really excited to see this video because it reminds me of my favorite place to eat in Mexico, where all they sell is potato tacos. They make theirs with some ground beef and potatoes and serve it with a cabbage slaw and cilantro and jalapeno salsa. So good!
Definitely like this baked potato version!

You took the words out of my mouth but you added a spin on it. -starch on starch-. Wow talk about a heart plug lol. They sound delish.
I wonder if juca would taste instead of taters. Might of misspelled juca, sound like (jew-ca. It is a Latin Potatoe I mean sure you know what I'm talking about lol.

Hi Hilah:
I am a really fussy eater, I don't eat anything that has vinegar in it. This is driving my fiancee nuts because she loves to cook and she wants me to be open to trying everything. Is it true that you can substitute Lemon Juice for Vinegar?

This is yummy recipe! Looking forward to trying it. BTW, What is a -kamal-? You mentioned that instead of microwaving the tortillas, you can use a -kamal-? Never heard of that. Don't know how it's spelled. LOL. Thanks in adv if you can reply! :)

I watched this and it made me hungry. I had almost everything except bacon. Used prawns instead. Try it but watch out you don't bite your fingers. Thanks Hila.

Looks like my Mashed Potato/Bacon pizza, that I top with chopped jalapenos and tomato. except smaller, rolled and fried. Drool worthy, for sure!
