Well, they ain't the most aesthetic-looking empanadas, but an instructional video featuring two beautiful ladies is never a bad thing. ;)
I gotta tell you though that I did the: -gummy eyeballs- recipe using agar. I have an ice-cube tray where the cubes are oval-shaped, so they came out looking like evil cat people eyes. They really, really freaked everybody out last night, so thanks for that!

Maybe it will be in a punk Siouxsie and The Banshees style! Or The Creatures, her other band! Your empanadas were obviously wonderful too and that extra cheese coming out had to be delicious too! Is turning off the fridge an energy-saving move? Just curious because I would think that when you turn it back on, it would use more energy to cool it back down to where it was before it was turned off. ?
