I love how she said that maybe never happened the cooks are being lazy in wanting to do one big egg! I know this because I have cooked a really high levels but never a chef of a Michelin star restaurant but I worked one year at The French laundry. Thats a beautiful dessert she makes, absolutely beautiful. It is extremely hard for someone to be a pastry chef and the main chef, she is an impressive woman thats for sure. My cousin lives in Denmark for the past 15 years and the women always seam calm and under control hahaha

Loved her analogy about the orchestra its so true. Shes amazing. Calm and tranquil yet still very determined and gets the same results or even better than the crazy stereo typical screaming crazy chefs. Her staff has a lot to do with that ass well swing as anyone would want to work with a chef like that.

Thing i hate about mechelin starred restaurents is that all the food is always pretentious, sure the food is good, but i've been to so many places with better tasting food that doesn't have a star because they don't make the food almost too pretty to eat

Why does michelin (a car tire company) decide the beat fine dining restaurants? It just seems so weird to me, those are very different things. The freaking mascot on their award is made of tires, and its for food.

birds is not laying eggs in the winter. dont know what she talking about. here in sweden is around april the building the nest anf may and june they lay the eggs and dont or never have snow in that time.

So i have been watching few of these episodes, and realized u can't have a Michelin star restaurant without putting some caviar on the top of something lol. Caviar is the key.

Literally all of these two star Restaurants serve the same thing - wagu beef, truffles shaved on everything and black caviar placed on everything. So much for creativity
