Fermenting is undoubtedly the food processing move of the momentfrom kimchi to kombucha, its popping up on shelves and menus across the country, and the iterating has only just begun. On todays episode of Consumed, host Kat Odell visits the Los Angeles outpost of Salt & Straw, a Portland, Oregon-based ice cream shop, to try their limited edition series of fermented flavors. Its about to get funky. Follow Host Kat Odell on Twitter: kat_odell

I think fish should just be eaten as fish not added in to ice cream I think all the flavours have been made so now they are adding fish because they can't think of nothing else lol

Go to Puerto Rico and the town of Lares. There is an ice cream shop that has been doing these type of treats for almost 40 years now. Go, I highly reccomend

Why so much hate in the comment section? For me she is quite OK. No need sophisticated knowledge about food. You know it's delicious by just see one.
