I loved the way you decorated the chocotorta! It's one of my favourite desserts! Since in Argentina we have the holidays in the summer, sometimes I put my chocotorta in the freezer, and the result is almost like an ice cream cookie: .

Happy Holidays, Emma! One of our favorite desserts from the south is Banana Pudding dessert. It is made with vanilla wafers, vanilla cream (I use pudding, whipped cream and bananas. It is very similar to this one, in that it tastes better the next day!

I'm Argentinian and I can tell you did a great job! Those cookies you used look similar to the ones we use, called Chocolinas. They're not too sweet have a strong cocoa flavor. Hope you liked chocotorta!
