50 Calories Chocolate cake recipe - Easy low calorie chocolate cake 50 calories Chocolate Cake Recipe ( Use an 8 INCH PAN): - 80 g room temp Skim Milk ( 1/3 cup ) - 180 g room temp Unsweetened Plain Yogurt ( 6. 5 ounces) - 60 g Oats ( 2 Sachets OR 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp) - 100 g Truvia Sugar (1/2 cup) ( I used Truvia, if you use another type of sugar you may need less or more! ) - 1 room temp Egg - 50 g Cocoa Powder ( 1/3 cup + 2 tbsp ) - 3/4 tsp Baking Soda - Vanilla optional Skinny Ganache ( optional But RECOMMENDED): - 70 g Chocolate (2. 5 ounces) - 45 g Milk ( 3 tbsp ) - 20 g Yogurt ( 1 tbsp) I know it looks more than 1 tbsp in the video, but I didn't notice my camera wasn't filming and I had already added some milk to the yogurt. I decided to keep filming to not waste the ingredients) - Sweetner, add to your liking! DO NOT REFRIGERATE THIS CAKE. Leave the cake at room temp. If you do choose to refrigerate it, please keep in mind the ganache will harden ( as ganache always hardens in the fridge) and you'll have to microwave the cake for 20 seconds to soften the ganache again before eating

This looks HEAVENLY! I m really glad because in my country we don t find too many ingredients and this recipe uses all common ingredients. By the way Emma, I tried your 5 minute no oven no pan chocolate cake and 1 minute frosting for my dad s birthday and it was DELICIOUS! I even have a whole playlist of your recipes to try someday! I m really looking forward to trying this!

I have made this with jaggery instead of stevia and oil and hot water, instead of egg and milk, and 3tsp baking (like in your microwave cake receipe, and dark chocolate chunks, and made it in a microwave for 6mins. Needs to cool down completely else its still a bit sticky. It was just as perfect. Its amazing with a cup of english breakfast tea. Thank you Emma!

I finally mastered the art of kneading the other day when I made your cinnamon rolls recipe and they were delicious, moist and tender as promised. Now I can go back and fixed what went wrong with the Japanese milk bread. It is going to be so much fun making this cake and I can use less calories because my sister is not here to help me eat my lessons.

Hi Emma, I love your recipes. This cake looks wonderful. I'm definitely gonna try it as I'm strictly watching my calories these days. I just wanted to ask a question. Can I use almond milk instead of skimmed milk? Please do let me know Thanks

Emma, thank you for this recipe, I so love the tres leche chocolate and coffee cakes that I make 1/week and as a result, my tummy is now big, I think this is the solution. Seriously How do you to stay slim with all those goodies?

Hey! thanks a lot for this recipe! I had given up on cakes because of their calorie content, but now I can have a delicious cake!
I wanted to ask though, can I microwave it instead of baking?
