These are called balah el sham here in the Middle East and everyone loves them! They re mini always, I never knew churros were just a large version of them they re served with water&sugar syrup, so good!

Any tips on the frying? Using an induction heater btw, not gas
seems i usually end up deep frying it and a low heat usually does nothing
