OK, I will admit that when looking at recipes, I look for the ones with the least ingredients. My favorite are shortbread cookies, so this is a WINNER. And, they will be fun to make with my grandchildren! Plus, I have all the ingredients I need in my pantry. I am curious if adding a little vanilla extract would change the consistency of these?
I also must rave about the silicone ziploc bags I purchased from Temu. I ordered quite a few sets, and they are very well made. We live in the country, and we can get some little visitors looking for a meal ( yes, mice. So I have put everything in these bags, and they kept my food safe!

I always like to eat cookies during Christmastime. The list is literally endless, when it comes down to cookies; chocolate chip, snickerdoodle, sugar, gingerbread, butter, etc. I wonder which type of cookie you enjoy the most.

Maybe I missed this in the video, but can the dough be re-rolled as long as you use parchment paper and freeze the cut-outs before baking? Thank you!

Good stuff. I'll buy some butter and try it, but I aint't freezing no dough tray. I have neither the patience nor the fridge space for that.
