Realistically, how does this work in a morning routine? (You talk about having this with coffee) People aren t actually going through this entire process in the morning to make their breakfast, are they? Can you make this the night before and then somehow reheat the croissant without burning it or making it soggy (which can happen if I microwave bread for a few seconds to reheat it?

I like to cook spontaneously. Whenever I see something i want to cook and i have the ingredients, I make immediately. That's why I always soften my butter in the microwave, and for eggs i leave them in some lukewarm water so they heat up quickly and i don't have to wait. If it wasn't ten at night rn, I would have definitely been making these croissants right now.

WOW, gorgeous croissants! For some reason I have always been quite intimidated at the thought of making croissants, but this is a far more approachable method! I don't know how you came up with this technique, but it is genius in my opinion, so thanks for sharing it because I've always wanted to try making them!

These look awesome! I might attempt them but gluten free, although I wouldn't be fussed if it didn't work, I have to use a lot of substitutes in my baking now, but I still love watching your videos and some of your recipes have become large treats in with my siblings and parents

I love that it takes exponentially more time for a French guy to teach me how to properly pronounce Croissants than it takes for Emma to teach me how to make Croissants.

In Romania we have a saying that describes what's happening here: It's the same Mary but with a different hat. No fold but, kinda the same thing, with a different hat.

Can you freeze them right after you roll them up? Then thaw and let them rise before you bake them whenever you want some?
