This reminds me of a very similar cake we do in Spain called tarta de la abuela or grandma's cake and it's just like that but mixing chocolate and vanilla natillas (I think it's similar to pudding ) and chocolate and normal milk.

Here in Malaysia we have the same kind of cake that called cheesekut. Basically cheese=creamcheese and kut=biskut(biscuit. It is famous among the dessert lover. We have so many flavours too! My fav is pandan n chocolate flavour!

Oh Emma! I made your strawberry ice cream! Turned out more like strawberry lemonade ice cream, cuz I added a lot of lemon, but it was delicious!
