5 MINUTE Red Velvet Cake! When you forget your anniversary! Recipe: - 85 g ( 3/4 Stick ) Softened Butter - 90 g (1/2 cup) Sugar - 65 g (1/4 cup) room temp Yogurt - 180 g (3/4 cup) room temp Milk - Red gel food coloring ( add it to the milk) - 140 g ( 1 cup ) All Purpose Flour - 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder - 2 tsp Baking Powder - 1 tsp Vanilla - Good pinch of salt PLEASE READ: Remember cooking time will vary depending on your microwave and size/material of your bowl/container. For an 8 or 9 inch container check the cake after 5 min, if the cake isn't ready leave it a bit longer making sure to keep an eye on it. The cooking time can vary between 5 and 8 minutes. Use a microwave safe bowl. Cream Cheese Frosting: - 300g (11 ounces) COLD Philadelphia Cream Cheese - 60 g (1/2 stick) Softened Butter ( Please check video for consistency) - 150g (1 1/4 cup) Powdered Sugar - 1 tsp Vanilla Extract - Pink food coloring and sprinkles( optional) If you like the music I use for my videos, you can listen to it at Epidemic Sound (affiliate link)

Hey Emma! I love your recipies and I want to make this cake. The problem is that my microwave burns stuff fast and jumps the time from 30-45 secs etc. Can I make this in my oven?
