Im screaming as an asian-American teenager. My mom would yell at me when I cut the pineapple since their is the asian why and American way apparently. Nobody did the asian way in the video. I cried in how much of the pineapple was wasted.

Sooooooooooooo much waste of the fruit even for the chef. No one in the video really knows how to clean a pineapple, specially when cutting the eyes. If you remove the top of the fruit, it will be more difficult to handle it.
