When exactly you need to skin a tomato? I am very curious because my family rarely use tomato as it isn't common ingredient for our local cuisine, and even if we do, we just quarter it and threw it in the pot.

I have never peeled a tomato in my own household but I know how to because me mom taught me when I was young thanks mom. She did a better job at this than most parents apparently
