Asalamuvalaikum. Wanna ask u one think? Why the meat colour is so red? Do u people wash it or without wash u use it for cooking? Coz i heard somewhere that most of the people do not wash and directly they use for cooking it enhance the taste. Is it true?

Who add moong ki daaal in hareesa, totally wrong recipe, it is kashmiri dish. My mother is kashmiri she use to make it, but never use this green lentil in it. Hareesa is not green never.
