just a question from someone who had biryani the first time yesterday. it it normal for indian ppl to eat their spices whole or are ppl just taking them out if they have them in their mouth? it was really offputting for me chewing on whole pepper corns, cardamom, cloves and big chunks of cinnamon.

I tried it and by reading all the comments I thought it will turned well but it was tasteless. my mom said to me that I show u the directions but I said no I'm going to it through food fusion's recipe. I'm really disappointed. my all family members was waiting for it and I was ashamed at myself

This is definitely a proper restaurant style biryani. Made it today and didn't feel like it was homemade. Just one negative was that, don't mix kewra water and food colour as the aroma becomes too overpowering. Otherwise a fantastic, super easy recipe! Thanks Food Fusion!

I want to make this for eid. But one thing is bothering me the chicken was cooked under 10 mins at the beginning. How can that be? If anyone else has already tried this recipe can they please tell me how long in duration did you cook the chicken please thank you (-:

Why biryani masala at the end: ( cannt it be a pure homemade biryani with everything from home! That would be a truly right and great recipe in my opinion. So kindly come up with the substitutes of biryani masala like your other great good purely homey recipes.

Followed this recipe and made biryani for the first time. must say. it was beyond yummy! Everyone in liked it alot! The only thing i added more was salt and red chilli powder. Thanku so much for the perfect recipe!

I try tix recipe yesterday nd it was not as good I was expecting. taste was so simple. . it's not for those who like d most spicy biryani. it's for patient o gues; )
