How long does it take for the coffee base to get that creamy consistency? Mine already mixing for more than 10minutes but still cannot reach the consistency like yours. Im using ground coffee.

Can I make the coffee base without sugar? Would be nice to be able to enjoy sugar-free coffee and add sugar separately when I feel like adding it later.
