If anyone is having problems getting them crispy, just cook them in the oil for longer. Like 20-30 minutes or more. I also cooled the noodles down and made sure they were dry prior to putting flour on them. (: tasty asf eating them right now, took me like an hour but its worth it lol. I also didnt have all the seasonings so opted for chili pepper, black pepper and garlic with salt. Amazing!

The oil in the water is totally useless. Oil is lighter than water, it stays on top of it. Pasta is denser, it sinks in the water. As a result, the oil and the pasta are never in contact. The little oil that may coat the pasta when it's taken out of the water is washed away when your rinse the pasta.

Strange reactions from people here, Italians cry when they see this, pasta is the same as noodles from Asia, there it is normal to fry noodles and thanks to Marco Polo the Italians have pasta, and recipes are not bound by rules and laws.

So. am I the only one thinking cinnamon sugar for sweet and garlic salt for savory? Yummm! I do have a question though. Why put oil into the water when first boiling the pasta? Asking for a friend.

There is no need to keeping boiling water for all the cocking, it's a waste of gas and pasta will be better with no boiling. Seek in internet. Ciao from Italia

After watching this just now I had to make these, I used my own seasoning, these are amazing, but if fried for too long are very hard but still very delicious.

Interesting idea, I might have to try this or something close it, although perhaps baked or airfried to be a bit lighter and different seasoning.
