I do not have a silicone mat, so I tried both aluminum foil and parchment paper. Didn't work, stick on aluminum foil and the parchment paper was wrinkled. So I use the same recipe but use a nonstick pan, a little thicker than the video shown but still work fine Remember to flip it over so it can cook the other side too. Just a FYI

Ciao Chef Funny the hardest part for me was forming the aluminum foil into a cone shaped structure. ahahaha. The pain was worth it I was doing monkey sounds while taking it off from the baking sheet and my hubby was laughing the whole time
