Here is how you take a cheap cut and turn it into an impressive and delicious dish. JanTheNan: Ive tried very hard to be positive I dont know why I torture myself watching experts cook, was in Winchester hospital for 11 weeks, dont know if its meds Im on but my mouth feels as though its full of sand never ate anything lost close to 3 stone which I could afford but wouldnt have chosen that method, still not over the shock. Food was awful, rubbery and stringy plus over peppered.

I am so stoked he made this video I am in constant search of a restaurant that serves short ribs right and cant find 1. Its amazingly confounding, not even steakhouses. Im saving this video because Im willing to try making my own, no matter how complex the process its worth it.

The ribs look amazing Can anything else be used to replace the pork/bacon? I dont eat pork or any scavengers, I follow Gods food laws. I have been wanting beef ribs for years & all I ever see is pork ribs everywhere. I want beef without pork. I hope you can help me. Thank you in advance

I never tasted good food before. Ive only ate what i cooked and i suck at cooking. I really wonder what eating gordon ramsays food is like. Must be out of this world. My imagination cant imagine what his food tastes like.

All good Gordon, although, would recommend lower cooking temperature of 115 - 120 c for three and half hours, 170-180 to high in my convection oven. as you say, amazing dish, delishhh. many thanks.

Gordon says short ribs are cheap, but they typically cost as much as any steak on sale. Short ribs and chuck eyes both used to be cheap, but now they are popular items so there prices have gone up.

Going to try this for my family when I regain my mobility, had a major stroke 29th May 2018, left side still useless, cant stand let alone walk or cook, desperate to cook for my grandsons again.

This looks like a typical West/North African cuisine from Nigeria and moving across the western border all the way up to Egypt. This doesnt look like a British cuisine but correct me if Im wrong.

I often ask myself what side dish should i make with such a meat dish xD. what kind of sallad would go with this? How do you choose the perfect sidedish?
