How to cook the perfect steak in 5 unique ways. Absolutely delicious. wvXvxvXvw: I have a massive problem with all of these. If anyone puts green crap or any form of sauce on my steak, were fighting. I was hoping the last filet mignon would redeem the video, then he goes and makes a sandwich with it Ill take my steak medium rare with a baked potato loaded full of butter, cheese, salt, pepper and bacon. Nothing else. Ever. Especially on a 200 whole loin like the last clip. My steaks get a spoonful of Dales, coarse sea salt, fresh ground pepper medley and a touch of crushed garlic before grilling. No other ingredient touches the steak again once it hits the grill grates. I grill steaks 2-3 times a week, baby back ribs 1-2 and something lazy like pizza or pre-made lasagna the remaining days. Charcoal grill only, no gas. Sometimes I will have a cluster of cold crab legs with the steak and occasionally grilled shrimp with the ribs. That is my diet, and has been for the last 4 years when I discovered that I could cook a ribeye for less than the price of a super-sized McDonalds combo.

I always look at these meals and think that someone stole most of it. 2 little bits of beef with some meat juice around it? I wouldnt bother as you then need to go somewhere or home to eat something. Whoever decided less is better should be shot. Oh and salt and pepper is wrong. Salt, yes, pepper noLove the no white fat joke. He lives in America, plenty of White Fat, Black Fat, Brown Fat and every other colour of Fat

Hi Gordon, quick question: What do you think of this way of making grilled steaks? first I slice them thin and then i just poor a lemon in and ad salt, I let it sit for like 10 to 15 mins then they just go to the grill. (I like the lemon flavour to it) so. what do you think? should i add all the garlic and things like that even tho i dont love it? thank you.

I am still learning various dishes as I start to cook my own food instead of relying on others. But now, thanks to services like Publix Aprons, and your tips/tricks/recipes? You have saved my Kitchen. Tips from you will last a lifetime of cooking. Thank you.

Anyone else feel like Gordon talks out of his ass half the time? Saying filet is packed full of flavor, then in his perfect burger vid he says you cant season the burger after cooking.

Terrible camera, terrible film cuts, nothing possible to see, just flashing shts around. I wanted to learn something, obviously this is not the kind of video

One thing his steak is missing is some hickory smoke. The frying pan is good, but a charcoal grill with a block of hickory is even better.

He seasoned every steak with salt and pepper before cooking but I did this and my wife said I ruined it. She must know better than Gordon.
