In all fairness, Ive seen certain countries offer or even insist on serving chicken pink in the middle. Its not raw by their standards (or any unless the center truly hasnt gained any temperature, just medium rare chicken meat that would scare the hell out of most people in the US who are concerned with the higher probability of salmonella from the chicken sources here

Man poor kid was so nervous he was literally jumping up and down inside from the tension. Good lord. If any of you ever have to do anything like this, do yourselves a favor and take 1-2mg of klonopin or xanax and this will all be avoided. This was awful to watch I felt so bad for him. I know his suffering because I have panic disorder/anxiety as well.

Yeah, this is nothing, in my countrys Master chef show someone thought it was a nice idea to make a dish called ceviche that is mostly made out of raw fish, wish is good, the thing is that the special snow flake made the dish with chicken. completely raw chicken, not even tried to cook it.

nys health dept. rules-if youre around food hair must be covered with a hairnet or baseball cap, all food to be eaten without further heating must not be touched with barehands, plastic gloves are worn. even mcds follow these simple rules-gross

He is too nervous. Honestly, Gordon should not just teasing his english which would affect his performance. Kenneth also should be calm and do plating earlier too instead of just keep thinking how to answer Gordon questions.

he didnt give the kid shit because the kid wasnt being an idiot about it. he didnt try to trick them and obviously would have tossed it back in the oven for a bit under normal circumstances
