When its that bad the only thing to do is sell the hotel and move on. FlyingMonkies325: It seems that women should handle the manager stuff because its usually the women who come forward to you Gordon who want change and help. typical for us women i guess. having to put up with the guys big heads, always putting everyone in a bad position making them feel helpless to do anything because THEY dont want to change, they are too egotistic to ask for help when they most need it, its a mans world out there sigh, they wont even give anyone satisfaction when they get to this obsoletely stubborn place, they could of given management to the wives but noop. the women are wrong, men are always right. and then thats where the tension and arguments start and workers start leaving. What happened in their childhood to make them this way. Ive always lived with not such a good family, lots of issues because men. lol, so ive had to learn from all their mistakes and i take an active approach in getting things done, even if it may go slower i make sure it gets done eventually, you should hear me telling my parents to get things done these days aha: D sometimes it works but their inability to change and grow out of this hole it just makes living with them difficult, not having a job right now i have to b live here but i just 100% get how these issues are created, you cant let yourself get into this hole, especially not the manager because your sucking everyone else in that hole with them, you need to prioritize and be organized, this is the number 1 thing i dont see in bad businesss, lack of organization skills, without it there is no point in opening a business. if a family is forever divided at home because of a lack of organization well. you cant expect things to work for a business. I know the couple in this one dont want to listen to each other but the wife is trying to get the husband to listen and thats where you see hes the main problem because he calls it an argument rather than constructive criticism, and i know that people these days try to tell people what to do with their life and try to call it constructive criticism when its really not. which is just really rude and just bullying. but you HAVE to at least change when you know you need to and not be so stubborn about it. listen to what your wife and others have to say. Its clear from there not being a guest book that the husband just didnt wanna hear the truth at all, hes JUST like my bro and dad.

I wonder whats so hard with having a hotel. Check in people and assign them their rooms. Once they leave, one employee goes in the room to clean it and inspect it. Once the room is checked clean, its open for business for the next customer. What is so hard about that? Every room should have two sets of sheets. Wash one sheet and put the other one there in the clean up. Once the other sheet is dirty, the other one should be washed and done. Spray the mattress with anti bacteria liquid or something. How can these guys have shitty dirty hotel rooms? Do they just refuse to clean altogether?

If youve never worked in hospitality, the biggest mistake is thinking you can. You cant sleepwalk through this. Its a grind. But a rewarding one if done right. It needs experience and forthrightness and standards and a desire to know your customers and your location and please them. Too many come into this thinking because their grandma or whoever had a nice recipe they can build a business around that. But thats just one small element.

half of the complaints the invited people or people that eat there sometimes make me feel like they just say it out there ass but shit. food is food, chefs cook their food to their perfection, in their eyes they can see the food can taste better soggy or hard. shit, people eat hard spaghetti more than soft spaghetti but that dont mean thats how you eat it. its just an option

When it comes to swearing Im not exactly the BEST at not doing it. .. but it seems like a lot of F-bombs were dropped by a certain someone within the first few seconds of the clip. A lot of which were unwarranted. Unnecessary.

Most places that hold credit card information only keep the last 4 digits. Because thats good enough for verification, and useless if anyone gets their hands on it.
