Gordon brings in a branding expert to learn about the prisoners, and apply their message to the Bad Boys Bakery product packaging. myHuge249: normally i dont really see the good im things, and only look for things to complain about. but this is just wonderfullike i dont know anything about what it is like being a prisoner, but i know getting a job whilst you have a criminal record is not easy. its just amazing to see these people actually develop something they care about, something they can commit themselves to, and even better something they can look to in the future. coming from a miserable sod like me, that is pretty impressive. like Gordon gets a lot of shit, and most of the stuff you see of him is his outbursts (especially on things like kitchen nightmares), but how can someone watch this and not see how he is actually a really nice and respectable man. like you woulndt see me doing this kind of stuff ever.

He he, reminds me back years ago Gordon was declining at first to pay the lawyers and court fee when his brother got busted for drugs in Bali. Its ashame he got out and never made himself better person. Should let him rotten there for few years, and mignht teach him few lesson. Gordon Ramsey isnt just a big mouth chef but the man does trully has a big heart. him and his big size 15 feet

I just looked it up and 1 of these guys is now working in one of Ramsays restaurant, another one works at another venue, and Anthony is working for a trust for ex-offenders. thats fantastic. Three out of twelve of these guys landed an actual job. A fourth one got one too but relapsed into drugs. Dont know whether the others were already released.

sigh. I noticed a lot of these men are in the box for drug related issues. addiction is a disease, not a crime, and the men behind bars for drug use should be treated with love and encouragement rather than punished. Kudos to Gordon for giving them a real outlet, cooking helped me through my depression too.

Gordon, five stars for doing the right thing. Most importantly showing what can be done. Institutions all over the world and most probably the U. S. are missing the boat with rehabilitation. Cannot help people by beating them figuratively with a stick everyday for what they may have done wrong.

Gordon is training his future staff members. Its a win win circumstance. 1. He is helping people in need. 2. He gets cheep labor already trained up to his expectations. Ofcourse he will cherry pick and incorporate them into the business accordingly.

This is great. Lol. He can train for cheap and still have money from a show. He collects income from what criminals make in prison. Gives them hope. And he gets to repeat. He is the new dealer lol. Genius. Notice he never yells at a prisoner.

Gordon contributes more to their rehabilitation than the prison system ever did. Its nice to see him getting in the kitchen with them and not just funding this program for publicity or profit. Shows he actually cares about what happens with them.

I watch his shows and his pursuit of perfection and getting it right and have been inspired for sure. Ramsay is like this invisible coach in my mind. For sure the world is a better place with him striving and motivating others be the best.

Amazing concept in action, Gordon. Hopefully a pre-release program can be developed to assist in their transition back into society. The hospitality/food service industry is a wonderful way to earn a living.
