I dont like his newer videos. They are too into trying to make him seem cool, and you dont see as much of his raw creativity of the dishes, the the skillful techniques. His older videos taught me how to cook, these are less informative. Not to mention the robotic tones of the names of the ingredients.

I will be making this next week, I tried a different recipe last time and it turned out so bad I cried. I mean I followed the recipe exactly and it still turned out dry and flavorless. so I cant wait to try this and now cry afterwards.

I know he cooked it to an internal safe temperature but the contrast between the pink streak in the meat and the white meat grosses me out. I cant have any pink on white meat. I can eat beef medium rare but beef has a dark colour.

Im surprised gordon didnt give this loin some color prior to putting it in the oven. No color no flavor I guess thats why he incorporated the lemon and sage. hmmm looks pretty dank lol

Comment section: He moves like he has to pee. Bowl, Milk, Cereal, Done. Where are the ingredients? Why is the camera so zoomed in. His wrinkles are deeper than Grand Canyon.

Perhaps its just an American showy thing. but is no one else bothered by the fact that we rarely ever see him eat the food? I do not know why this bothers me, but it does.

Omg, my father loves gordons cookery. But i swear you guys, you HAVE to try this. it was AMAZING even when made by a hobby cook, and not a world famous chef
