Why do you seem to use olive oil for everything? I was brought up on this in Australia, but as I've learned more Asian cooking, I've come to learn about smoke points of oil, and know that olive oil just isn't best when used in stir-fries & that it's better for dressings or low-heat applications

So glad he gave tips on vinegars, my favorite chef Same ingredients i use in my bbq sauce & it is good only i put a lil bit of dry mustard also, such a good sauce.
