you know that quote about how there's always someone better than you? I just realized with a shiver down my spine that Gordon was absolutely right; he IS the best chef in the world. There's actually no one better than him.

When were these videos made? I recently saw a video where Gordon Ramsay says to always crack an egg on a flat surface, but here he is using the edge of the bowl. Did something change? Or is it just a personal preference?
