I bet every pot Gordon owns is dented from banging the utensils against the side. Every time he cooks, Bang, Bang, Bang. Totally unnecessary. Reminds me of a guy that worked for me making chese steak subs. He would play music with the metal spatula upon the griddle surface. After 3 months of his banging utensils, it took me a year to make the surface smooth again. His tune was, Ding, Ding, Ding.

Breakfast is just amazing. Nothing beats it for me. Not a steak dinner, not a big greasy lunch. Nothing like eggs, hash, bacon, sausage, and a good bread or bagel. With some coffee or juice. Home fries, onions, peppers, just mm, mmm I m making breakfast for dinner tonight.

Those beans reminds me of sitaw, cassava and sweet potato is also the norm in Philippine dishes although, I never heard of a dish that combines all of the three vegetables let alone topped with an egg

It really annoys me when the cameraman always pans up to Gordon's face while he's dicing the long beans and scallions. I want to see how he dices things not him talking! I can already hear him!
