What always gets me is these people call Chef Ramsay to save their restaurants, but NEVER believe him when he tells them their food is bad. You called him because your restaurant is failing. If it were successful, you wouldn't need Kitchen Nightmares to save your FAILING BUSINESS! Also, how freaking arrogant can they be to say he knows nothing about this style of cuisine I don't know if there's a style of cuisine that Ramsay DOESN'T know! Your food is sh, take it on the chin, learn from the master, and shut the f up!

Usually. if your food is good, people will come to pay for good food. Doesn't take a genius to see that and why so many don't. and like Gordon said, they will not tell you in your face. It will just show in your diner. So if he says your food is shit. better start listening or continue your downward trend. You asked for help so take it. Also. if you ever want advice, watch all of his shows. THAT FREE ADVICE PEOPLE ARE NOT TAKING FOR THEIR BUSINESS.

They did it on purpose. It was a way to try to drum up a strong customer base while trying to find a way to make profits. But it won’t work unless the owner of the restaurant finds a more effective way to make profits and that’s to improve their service and their menu items. The other thing, a clean dining room will make customers more comfortable and more convinced that the food is to the level of a high quality eating establishment.

Some of the worst seafood I have ever been served was in New Orleans. From undercooked Calamari to toxic shrimp. This video looks like this Chef has a problem of attitude. Too salty is too salty, you don’t try to punish the customers by swinging the other way and serve unseasoned meals. Very childish!

Don’t season anything, first he said it’s over seasoned, then he said it’s under seasoned I’m confused. You aren’t confused, you went from one extreme to another because an elite chef critiqued your seasoning. There was nothing confusing about it, you knew yourself what was going to happen
