Very cool interview. And I could just about smell those steaks cooking, yum. It's my favorite cut as well. My favorite steak is at a supper club, in the middle of the Northwoods in Wisconsin. You can cut your steak with a spoon, so good, and the steaks come to the table on a sizzling plate. Even the hour long line outside, waiting for the restaurant to open is a good time. The supper club is Blink Bonnie in Saint Germain Wisconsin, and it's the best.

I can’t believe how many people in the comments are gushing over these two and the way they are talking to each other. It’s not a natural conversation, you can clearly see the cards on Gordon’s table with all the questions and topics written on them. Asking about his alcohol and his book. This is just a promo video for both of them.

I made that recipe tonight w/ my wife. It was great! One change, we cooked diced chalets, onions and tomato in olive oil until they caramelized and unused that vs. pico as a spread. Otherwise, followed the same process on everything else. Awesome!

Amazing video, just shooting the beeze about life while cooking steak. Gordan and Matthew are successful because of their wives and families, they give them a drive to succeed and provide, and be husbands, fathers, and men. An oddly novel concept in 2024.

The brazilian Mexido that Matthew mentioned translates to something like Scrambled, and it’s actually a common homemade dish here in Brazil, just mix some leftover rice, vegetables, eggs, spices and really anything you’d like.

You know, I listen, I understand but these people have money, they are stars, they can do any they want to do. They talk about their families, their work loads etc etc most of us are happy to get creative with packet noodles.

Gordon looks really uncomfortable with Matthew licking his fingers. He wanted to say something so bad. He's definitely a normal dude. Add some rosemary and garlic to the butter when you baste and its so good.

The way he explained as a dad, things get out of balance trying to juggle everything. You just try not to let anything get into the red. He has a great perspective on things for staying grounded.

What an absolute awesome link up
From the get go the Tequila discussion knew this was going to be epic.
As a Dad, Tequila, Steak & Egg lover this is epic and with the custom seasoning.

We were raised the same way. Don't say you don't like it, if you have never had a bite. We had to have 1 bite, then we could say no thank you
