1 garlic clove, minced
1 cup (240g) cooking cream
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 cup (50g) Parmesan cheese, finely grated
salt and pepper to taste

Gerarda: Looks good. Two questions: 1. What percentage of fat does cooking cream contain? (I am unfamiliar with this term. 2.
