Your dough rose up so nice and pretty I always get excited when I see my dough rise up with no problems Oh, I can't tell you how many recipes (in the past) I've messed up the yeast part-water was often too hot and it killed the yeast, which of course made it not rise: ( that can be so frustrating But I always say, making mistakes is the best teacher, and that goes for just about everything (Wouldn't you agree) okay I need to go make these crescent rolls now I'll let you know how they turned out

i made it yesterday noon and only used half of the ingredients, it was fun making it but i wasn't that satisfied with the result because i think i over baked it and it turned out hard from the outside, even though i only baked it for 16mins maybe next time i'll make it right. anyway thanks for the recipes love your cooking so muchgod bless

wow. l would love to do this for my daughter, but she is allergic to dairy. Would it work as well if i substituted with almond or maybe coconut milk and vegetable margarine? She loves these, but we can only get it at certain places that don't use dairy items. I would love to make it. thank you.

I love you right now I've been searching the New Zealand equivalent to Cresent dough for a year to try these beautiful American recipes, and sadly found nothing near it. Your detailed, wonderfully shared recipe has helped so much Thank you thank you Subbed and faved. xoxo

These look delicious I think I will give them a try, but leave out the sugar as we don't like to use sugar when baking bread. Are these similar to the Pilsbury Crescent rolls pls? I'm thinking about making hot dog - chilli cheese bake with them. Kind regards, Su, England. x

If I'm using instant dried yeast, do I do the same step as shown in the video bc in some other videos I saw instant and active dry yeast getting activated differently so if not then how can I do it. Do I just add the instant straight into the flour and then proceed?

I noticed in the ingredients list for the dough that it calls for 4 tbsp butter, softened. Yet, in the video you added melted butter to the dough. Was that the same 4 Tbs and does it matter how the butter is incorporated?
