You could also add chipotle powder or another hot chile pepper powder to the caramel. I've seen chefs add hot pepper powder to chocolate sauces and caramel sauces. It tones down all that sweet. If you're bold enough, you could add a dash of Carolina Reaper powder. It's a 2, 200, 000 on the Scoville unit.

Ok I am late on this one. this one was great. love hot wings and the cakes looked so much like hot wings. Funny you joked about only getting the wing part and no legs cus my sister only buys flats wings. just cost a bit extra. Love this one!
