How many people does this serve? I plan on making this cake for my dads birthday. He's turning 50 and I wanna make sure theres enough for everyone that will be there. I'd also like to know how long in advance can this cake be prepared? The party is on a Friday but I'll only be able to make it on Wednesday. Also are your 8 pans 2 deep?

Unfortunately I am severely allergic to pineapple so I will never know what its like to eat a pineapple and not have it almost kill me (Ive tried before but it is such a severe allergy that the smell alone makes me physically sick and eating it would probably send me to the hospital)

Why not use paper or something else to cover the cake stand instead of fondant? Like why waste the fondant, especially since no one is going to eat the stand? And this is more like crafts than cake decorating
