I'm here because I'm trying to figure out how to make my husband a Rolo cake (his fav candy) my idea is chocolate or brownie cake stacked with a hole in the middle filled with carmel icecream inside; & Maybe with Rolo's inside too? Do I cut a hole in the middle & cover it in ganache or meringue before adding in the icecream & cake ontop? definitely going to go binge watch some of your other videos to try to figure out how to make this work without ending up with a soggy messy cake would love to see how you would make a Rolo cake!

I learned the rainbow acronym from a Schoolhouse Rock song that went Roy G. Biv is a colorful man orsomething, still use it to this day and I'm in highschool

A trick to remember roygbiv easier is to pronounce GB as one sound. This would be easier for someone familiar with African languages, I think.
