Let me start off saying I'm ome of the biggest fans of Yolanda and How To Cake It. I've bought several things online from her site and even joined the cakewear club, but these compilations are the worst! We have already seen all these cakes and can see them on Step by Step. Just take a week off if you don't wanna make a cake we understand totally, but this is getting really old real fast. Considering she only did one compilation a year, and this year has been like 5. PLEASE STOP!

The bevel is so the container can come out of the mould in the injection moulding machine.
The bevel allows the vacuum in between the mould and the container to be broken, allowing easier removal, compared to something with straight sides
