I know you're the professional and I mean no disrespect at all. But I have a little tip to make a nice deep red icing. If you add a few drops of pink gel coloring to your icing first as your base and then add your red, the result will be a much deeper red and you won't need to use as much red gel. Hopefully it won't change the consistency or the taste of your icing much. I really hope this helps.

Is this part 2 to the other video you did with the giant cookies. You need to do something more challenging. You could try something like what Zoes Fancy Cakes n Kaomi Tutorials do in their videos. Be spontaneous and put the ruler n tape measure to sleep for a while
