#FANLOVEFEB I love all the cakes you make, especially the cookie cake. But this my most favorite cake out of all of them. I love this one because I love pecan pie, it's just so good. I also love caramel and chocolate. And the spice nuts are like amazing. It legit looks sooooooooo good. But I'm terrible at baking so I can't bake it.

#fanlovefeb ok YO I have to say this cake was EPIC! I am a baker as well and this was such an awesomely intimidating cake that this November it is on my Thanksgiving table! I have seen a lot of great bakers but you my dear ROCK the Cake World! Buddy Duff ain't got nothin on you! Yo to the Cake instead of hail to the cake; )

towards the end of the video the bottom and middle layers of cake seem to be really struggling under the weight of everything. how long do you think the cake could last built like that? would it be stable during transport? should dowels be added to the cake layers?

That looks soooo good! Today I made buttered pecan cupcakes with a cinnamon buttercream frosting topped with a few of the extra candied pecans. My family loved them and ate them all in a few hours! Theres five people in my family. I made 12 cupcakes.
