Giant Cakesicle Cake How To Cake It Ms: I was dissappointed by your special yoyo day. The only people who got the opportunity to get a sweet treat in the UK were those people who lived in London. The UK is fairly large area of land. I live in Scotland, it takes approximately 5/6 hours to get to London from here. To have made this a fair comprtition you shoud have had more bakieries covering a larger area, to give the rest of us the opportunity to enter. I have been watching your progtess since you first started, I have tried your italian meringue buttercream, have not used any other since. I bought your cookery book, did not need a competition to want to own it. So perhaps next time your planning a competition you should ensure that there are more than six bakeries taking part and that all of us in the UK can at the very least, take part if we so wish to do.

You need to do other flavors instead of vanilla cake and Italian frosting. like if you would have done a orange cream or strawberry and cream. or grape flavor. what do you do with all the cake you made, eat it?
