In Hungary it is a pretty common dish after a nice rich soup (for example Goulash soup. It calls rizskoch or rizsfelfujt. We serve it with homemade custard, jam or caudle. Actually I cooked it yesterday. Delicious.

i made this cake and followed Gennaro's instructions (ok, unfortunately I cannot get Almafi lemons. Great cake! Everyone at work raved about it and there were zero leftovers. Great with whipped cream!
